  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice or lime juice
  • 5 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt plus more to taste

Instructions
 

  • n a large mixing bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients. Stir until everything is well mixed.

  • Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator, allowing the chicken to marinate for at least 1 hour or, for best results, overnight.
  • Preheat your oven to 225 degrees C or 450 degrees F.

  • Bake the chicken thighs in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until they're fully cooked.
  • Switch your oven to broil and cook the thighs for an additional 3 minutes or until they're brown and crispy.
  • Remove the chicken thighs from the oven and allow them to rest for a few minutes at room temperature before serving.
