Ingredients
  

  • Ground Beef - 900g 2 lbs.
  • Garlic - 2 cloves minced
  • Onion Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cooked Bacon - 450g 1 lb., cut into pieces
  • Eggs - 8
  • Heavy Whipping Cream - 240ml 1 cup
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese - 340g 12 oz. package

Instructions
 

  • Set your oven to 175°C (350°F) to preheat.
  • Heat a large skillet to medium-high heat and sauté the beef, garlic, and onion powder until browned (5-7 minutes). Drain any excess grease.
  • Lay out the cooked beef in a 9×13-inch casserole pan and blend in the cut bacon.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper, then mix in 225g (8 oz.) of the cheddar cheese.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the beef and bacon in the pan, then sprinkle the remaining 115g (4 oz.) of cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until the top turns golden brown (30-35 minutes).

Notes

This Tasty Low-Carb Bacon Casserole is quite flexible, so feel free to switch up the type of cheese or add a dash of spice for an extra kick!
