Ingredients

  • 450 grams 15 ounces of centre-cut boneless pork chops (3 pork chops)
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter melted
  • 3 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon of chopped Italian parsley for garnishing

For the Honey Sauce:

  • 2 and 1/2 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of warm water
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 3 dashes of cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and ground black pepper.
  • In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the honey garlic sauce: honey, warm water, salt, apple cider vinegar, and cayenne pepper. Stir until well combined.
  • Heat vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a cast-iron skillet over high heat. Once the skillet is hot, add the pork chops.
  • Fry each side of the pork chops for 3 to 4 minutes, or until each side turns a lovely golden brown color.
  • Shift the pork chops to one side of the skillet, add the remaining butter, and add the minced garlic. Saute the garlic until it turns light brown.
  • Pour in the honey garlic sauce. Continue to cook until the sauce turns amber brown and thickens.
  • Spoon the sauce over the pork chops to coat them evenly. Remove the skillet from heat and garnish the pork chops with parsley.
  • Serve the honey garlic boneless pork chops immediately, and enjoy!

Notes

You can substitute apple cider vinegar with white vinegar or lemon juice. For a spicier kick, increase the amount of cayenne pepper. Remember, the "Mouth-Watering Honey Garlic Boneless Pork Chops" are best served hot and fresh.
