Ingredients
  

  • 900 grams 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup of fresh or canned mushrooms sliced
  • 2 cups crushed soda crackers about 240 grams
  • 480 ml 2 cups milk
  • 1 can around 10.75 ounces cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 soup can of water use the empty mushroom soup can
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix ground beef, onion, crushed crackers, and milk in a bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper. Shape into a baking pan and refrigerate overnight.
  • The next day, cut into squares and dust with flour. Brown in a skillet, then arrange in a casserole dish.
  • Blend mushroom soup, water, and mushrooms, and pour over the meat. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 90 minutes.
