Ingredients
  

  • Sausage browned and drained (1 lb/454 g)
  • Sour cream 16 oz./454 g
  • Cream cheese softened (8 oz./227 g)
  • Velveeta cheese cubed (8 oz./227 g)
  • Monterey Jack cheese grated (4 oz./113 g)
  • Fresh chives minced (2 tbsp, optional)
  • Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tbsp
  • Dried parsley 1 tsp
  • Onion powder 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
  • Dried sage 1/2 tsp
  • Crackers for serving

Instructions
 

  • Get your oven up to 350º F (175º C) and give your baking dish a light spritz of non-stick spray.
  • In a spacious bowl, blend the sour cream and cream cheese until smooth. Add in the Worcestershire sauce, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, and sage. Mix well.
  • Incorporate the sausage, Velveeta, Monterey Jack cheese, and chives, ensuring an even mix.
  • Empty this creamy concoction into your prepared baking dish.
  • Let it bake for about an hour until you see a bubbly, golden brown dip teasing you from the oven.
  • Once ready, serve hot with your choice of crackers, chips, or sliced baguette.

Notes
