Ingredients

  • Smooth peanut butter: 120 grams 0.26 pounds, 8 tablespoons
  • Rice Krispie cereal: 6 cups
  • Chocolate chips: 227 grams 0.5 pounds, or an 8-ounce bag
  • Vegetable oil: 2 teaspoons 9.8 grams

Instructions
 

  • Start by lightly greasing a 9×13-inch pan.
  • Melt the unsalted butter, marshmallows, and peanut butter in a large saucepan on low heat.
  • Remove from heat, and stir in Rice Krispies until well coated.
  • Gently press the mixture into the pan.
  • Melt chocolate chips in the microwave, stir in vegetable oil until glossy.
  • Pour over the bars, let harden for 2 hours.
  • Cut into squares, store at room temperature.
