  • Sugar-Free Orange Jello 1 box, 0.3 ounces, or any flavor you prefer
  • Boiling water 180ml
  • Ice water 240ml
  • Non-fat Greek yogurt 240g

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine the boiling water with the orange Jello powder, stirring until fully dissolved.
  • Make an ice bath by filling a cup with ice and adding enough water to reach one cup.
  • Add this ice water to the Jello mixture and stir until the ice has fully melted and the mixture is thickened.
  • Pour this mixture into a blender along with the Greek yogurt, blending on high for 30 seconds.
  • Transfer the blended mixture into serving glasses or a medium-sized bowl, then refrigerate for at least two hours until set.
