Ingredients
  

  • 680 g 1.5 lb lean ground beef
  • 454 g 16 oz pasta
  • 1 small yellow onion chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves freshly minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can condensed Tomato Soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions
 

  • Start by cooking the pasta as per the package instructions. Meanwhile, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and give a casserole dish a good coating of nonstick spray.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic in olive oil until they turn slightly translucent and give off a tempting aroma.
  • Add the lean ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned and seasoned with salt and black pepper.
  • Once cooked, drain the pasta and return it to the pot.
  • Combine the Cream of Mushroom Soup and condensed Tomato Soup with a cup of milk in the pot, mixing well.
  • After draining excess fat from the ground beef, add it to the pot and stir until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish, sprinkle with dried parsley and paprika, and then bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until bubbling and golden brown.
  • Let the Delicious Amish Casserole cool for a few minutes before serving and enjoy the satisfaction of your loved ones.
