Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 454 grams frozen meatballs, or your own homemade ones
  • 1 can about 400 grams pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup 118 grams brown sugar
  • 1 bottle 18 oz or 510 grams BBQ Sauce (any flavor you prefer)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pineapple juice reserved from the can of pineapple chunks

Instructions
 

  • Begin by arranging the meatballs in your Crockpot.
  • Layer the BBQ Sauce and pineapple chunks over the meatballs.
  • Proceed to add the garlic powder and the brown sugar. Give it a good mix to ensure all the meatballs are well coated.
  • Cook the mixture in the Crockpot - high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours. This slow cooking process will allow the flavors to really infuse the meatballs.
  • Just before serving, add a sprinkle of chopped green onions for that fresh crunch and color.
