Ingredients
  

  • Lean ground beef 450g/1 pound
  • Seasoning Salt 1 tsp
  • Boxed macaroni and cheese 1 box
  • Diced tomatoes 400g/14 ounces
  • Frozen corn 160g/1 cup
  • Frozen peas 160g/1 cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese divided (1 cup)

Instructions
 

  • Over medium-high heat, crumble and cook the ground beef until browned in a skillet.
  • Season the ground beef with seasoning salt.
  • Add the pasta and cheese mix from the package into the skillet.
  • Stir in the diced tomatoes, milk, peas, and corn.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover.
  • Simmer for about 10-12 minutes, until the noodles are cooked al dente.
  • Stir in half of the shredded cheese and let it melt.
  • Top the dish with the remaining shredded cheese and serve hot.

Notes

Feel free to add more veggies for an extra nutritional boost.
Serve with a side of garlic bread for a complete meal.
