  • Pork loin chops trimmed (6 pcs)
  • Eggs beaten (2 pcs)
  • Water 60 ml
  • All-purpose flour 128 g
  • Salt 10 g
  • Black pepper 10 g
  • Cayenne pepper 1.5 g
  • Ground sage 2 g
  • Ground ginger 23 g
  • Nutmeg 15 g
  • Paprika 15 g
  • Thyme 2 g
  • Garlic freshly minced (4 cloves)
  • Olive oil 30 ml
  • Honey 340 g
  • Soy sauce 59 ml
  • Black pepper 2 g

Instructions
 

  • Start by blending the flour with your mix of spices, including salt, black pepper, cayenne, sage, ginger, nutmeg, paprika, and thyme.
  • Prepare your egg wash in a separate bowl by whisking eggs and adding water.
  • Make sure each pork chop is thoroughly coated, first in the flour-spice blend, then the egg wash, and back into the flour.
  • Pan-sear the pork chops in canola oil over medium heat, each side getting a golden touch for 5-6 minutes. Once golden, rest them on a wire rack to maintain crispiness.
  • Combine minced garlic, olive oil, honey, soy sauce, and black pepper to create your tantalizing honey garlic sauce.
  • Dip each pork chop in this heavenly sauce before serving, ensuring each piece gets its share of deliciousness. Serve with your chosen sides and enjoy!

Notes
