Ingredients
  

  • Approximately 450-600g of boneless skinless chicken breasts cubed (3 to 4 breasts)
  • ½ tbsp. of garlic powder
  • 225 g of cream cheese softened (1 package)
  • 120 ml of heavy cream ½ cup
  • 5 to 6 seeded and diced jalapeno peppers
  • 225 g of shredded sharp cheddar cheese 2 cups
  • 6 slices of chopped bacon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius) and grease a 9x13 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Spread the cubed chicken at the base of the dish, ensuring they aren't overcrowded.
  • Mix the garlic powder, softened cream cheese, and heavy cream in a bowl until smooth.
  • Pour this mixture over the chicken, ensuring even coverage.
  • Layer the diced jalapenos over the cream cheese mixture.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese all over the jalapenos, covering the entire casserole.
  • Cook in your preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
  • After removing from the oven, sprinkle the chopped bacon over the top.

Notes

To reduce the heat, you can use fewer jalapenos or remove the seeds and membranes.
