Ingredients
  

  • Two ripe avocados approximately 340 grams
  • Five large eggs hard-boiled
  • Two tablespoons of unsweetened natural yogurt
  • One tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
  • Two tablespoons of fresh chives finely chopped
  • One teaspoon of mustard
  • Quarter teaspoon of salt or adjust according to preference
  • Quarter teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Start by halving each avocado and carefully slicing the flesh in a crosshatch pattern using a knife. Transfer the scooped-out avocado into a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  • Use a fork to mash the avocados, leaving some texture. Add the lemon juice, plain yogurt, mustard, finely chopped chives, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix thoroughly to ensure all the flavors are well incorporated.
  • Peel the hard-boiled eggs and dice them into small pieces. Gently fold the diced eggs into the avocado mixture, making sure they are evenly distributed.
