Ingredients
  

  • Brussels sprouts 453g/1 lb.
  • Coconut oil 30 ml/2 tbsp.
  • Grated Parmesan cheese 30g/1/4 cup
  • Crushed and sliced almonds 30g/1/4 cup
  • Everything bagel seasoning 30ml/2 tbsp.
  • Sea salt to your liking

Instructions
 

  • Start off by thoroughly washing the Brussels sprouts, and peel away any leaves that are yellow or discoloured.
  • Now, transfer the sprouts into a saucepan of medium size, fill it with around 473ml (2 cups) of water, and let them simmer over medium heat for a span of 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Once done, strain the sprouts, let them cool down a bit, and proceed to cut each one into two halves.
  • Next, in a large bowl suitable for mixing, add the Brussels sprouts and toss them with coconut oil, grated Parmesan, crushed almonds, everything bagel seasoning, and a dash of salt.
  • Grab a wooden spoon and stir the sprouts so that they're evenly coated with the mixture.
  • Lastly, arrange the seasoned Brussels sprouts in the basket of the air fryer and let them cook at 190°C (375°F) for about 12 to 15 minutes. Make sure they turn a nice golden brown color on both sides. Enjoy your crispy and delightful Brussels sprouts!
