Ingredients
  

  • Corn Kernels drained - 850g (2 cans of 15 oz each)
  • Mayonnaise - 80g 1/3 cup
  • Granulated Sugar - 8g 2 teaspoons
  • Unsalted Butter - 42g 3 tablespoons
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese - 112g 1 cup
  • Green Onion thinly sliced - 1

Instructions
 

  • Place a cast-iron skillet on medium heat and add the drained corn kernels, butter, mayonnaise, and sugar. Stir until the butter has melted and combined with the mayonnaise.
  • Season the mixture with salt and pepper according to your taste preference.
  • As soon as the mixture starts bubbling, sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Place the skillet under the low broiler in the oven and cook until the cheese turns golden brown.
