Golden Onion Cheese Delight! This oven-baked side dish, layered with sweet onions and a trio of cheeses, is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser. Trust me, you won't want to miss trying this delightful recipe!

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 sweet Vidalia onions
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of oregano
  • 113 g roughly 1 cup of shredded Italian blend cheese
  • 113 g roughly 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 57 g about 1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • First, preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 23x33 cm (9x13 inch) baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Next, slice your sweet Vidalia onions into roughly 0.6 cm (1/4 inch) rounds and separate the rings.
  • Lay the onion rings evenly in your prepared dish, and season with salt, garlic powder, and oregano.
  • Cut your butter into 8 slices and distribute them evenly over the onions.
  • Sprinkle both the Italian blend and cheddar cheese over the onions, finishing with a layer of Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Pop your dish in the oven and let it bake for around 35-40 minutes. You're aiming for the cheese to be melted, bubbly, and beautifully golden brown.
