Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 454 g savoy cabbage, finely shredded
  • 2 cups 340 g corn (canned, cooked, or frozen, thawed)
  • 1 cup 160 g peas (fresh or frozen, thawed)
  • 1 cup 240 g plain regular or Greek yogurt (2+% fat)
  • 2 tbsp 30 ml water or milk (if using Greek yogurt)
  • 1 tbsp 15 ml white, white wine, or apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup 15 g fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 small garlic clove grated
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, water (if using Greek yogurt), vinegar, dill, grated garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, add the finely shredded savoy cabbage, corn, and peas.
  • Pour the creamy ranch dressing over the vegetables in the bowl.
  • Gently toss the vegetables with tongs until they are well coated with the dressing and thoroughly combined.
  • Serve the salad chilled for maximum freshness and enjoy!
