Ingredients
  

  • 1 French bread loaf approximately 1 lb. or 450g
  • 1 stick of salted butter approximately 1/2 cup or 113g, room temperature
  • 6 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup approximately 60g Italian salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup approximately 25g grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 3 cups approximately 340g shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • How to Make Perfect Cheesy Garlic Bread ?

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix together the butter, garlic, Italian salad dressing, and 1 cup of Mozzarella cheese until they're well blended.
  • Slice the French bread in half lengthwise.
  • Spread each half of the bread with an equal amount of the garlic butter mixture.
  • Place the buttered halves on a baking sheet, butter side up.
  • Sprinkle the halves with Parmesan cheese, followed by the remaining Mozzarella.
  • Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
  • Increase the oven temperature to 450°.
  • Continue to bake the bread for an additional 8 minutes, until the top begins to brown. Keep a close eye on it during this time to prevent burning.
  • Remove the bread from the oven and cut it into 1-inch slices.
  • Garnish the slices with fresh parsley and serve them with pasta, soup, or homemade marinara sauce.

Notes

This bread is best enjoyed fresh out of the oven. Feel free to experiment with different types of cheese for a twist. Remember, the key to this recipe is using fresh, quality ingredients.
