Unbeatable Turkey and Bacon Wrap is a favorite around here. It’s a no-fuss recipe that combines the comforting flavors of turkey, bacon, and cheddar cheese, wrapped up in a soft, warm tortilla.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tortilla regular, low carb or gluten-free - approx 36g or 1.3oz
  • 1 teaspoon mustard - about 5g or 0.2oz
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise - approximately 5g or 0.2oz
  • 2-3 lettuce leaves - roughly 15g or 0.5oz
  • 1 slice of cheddar cheese - around 28g or 1oz
  • 3 slices of turkey - approximately 84g or 3oz
  • 2 slices of cooked bacon - about 28g or 1oz
  • 3-4 small slices of tomato - roughly 60g or 2.1oz
  • 2 slices of avocado - about 60g or 2.1oz
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Start by warming your tortilla in the microwave or a lightly greased skillet until it's flexible (you can skip this if you prefer your wraps cold).
  • Spread mustard and mayonnaise evenly over the tortilla.
  • Layer lettuce and cheese on top. Add turkey slices, cooked bacon, avocado, and tomato slices down the center of the wrap. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Roll the wrap tightly and slice down the center.

Notes

Feel free to substitute the mustard with your favorite sauce if you prefer. Vegetarian bacon can also be used as an alternative for a vegetarian-friendly version. This Unbeatable Turkey and Bacon Wrap is also a great way to use up leftover ingredients in your fridge!
