Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts approx. 16 oz or 450g
  • 25 oz 709g linguini, cooked
  • 1 stick 4 oz or 113g butter
  • 3 cloves of garlic minced
  • 2 cups 480ml heavy cream
  • 3 cups 270g grated parmesan
  • 1 wheel 8 oz or 227g brie cheese
  • Fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  • Cut the chicken breasts into pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook in olive oil until cooked through. Set aside.
  • In a skillet, melt the butter and add the minced garlic and heavy cream. Once the sauce begins to boil, add the cooked chicken, chopped parsley, and grated parmesan. Stir to combine.
  • Mix the sauce with the cooked linguini, and transfer half of the pasta to a springform pan. Place the whole brie cheese wheel in the center of the pasta, then cover with the remaining pasta.
  • Sprinkle additional parmesan on top and bake for 30 minutes at 350°F (180°C) until golden brown. Garnish with more parsley and enjoy a delicious slice!

Notes

You can substitute the chicken with shrimp or your favorite vegetables for a different variation.
For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
If you prefer, you can use other soft cheeses like camembert as a substitute for brie.
