Ingredients
  

  • 375 g 1 1/2 cups no-stir creamy peanut butter
  • 170 g 1/2 cup honey
  • 160 g 1 1/3 cups old-fashioned oats (rolled oats)
  • 60 g 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 90 g 1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the no-stir creamy peanut butter, honey, rolled oats, vanilla protein powder, salt, and mini dark chocolate chips using a rubber spatula.
  • Scoop out the mixture with a mini cookie scoop or a spoon onto a wax paper-covered cookie sheet, forming 1-inch balls.
  • Roll the energy balls with your hands to shape them.
  • Refrigerate the cookie sheet with the energy bites for 1 hour, or until they harden.
  • Transfer the energy balls to a ziplock bag and store them in the freezer.

Notes

You can substitute the honey with maple syrup or agave nectar for a vegan option.
Feel free to experiment with different protein powder flavors for variety.
Store the energy bites in the freezer for up to 3 months.
