With his music straddling all of these cultural currents, Naira is the musical embodiment of the connection between the UK and Nigeria. His most recent song, an evolution that reaches new heights, is an icon in the evolution of afrobeats.

A full-on smash, Gangpiano’s ‘Vawulence’ fuses some of those groovy South African percussion vibes with his gritty wordplay. The song is Naira Marley venturing outside of his comfort zone and is the first fresh message he has released since his debut album earlier this year.
