Rashford Signs New Manchester United Deal
Marcus Rashford, a forward for Manchester United, has extended his contract with the team through 2024. On Saturday, the Red Devils made the contract extension official.
His new deal, which reportedly pays him £250,000 a week plus bonuses, makes him the highest-paid English player in the Premier League, according to the Independent newspaper.
Luke Shaw, Diogo Dalot, and Fred all had their contracts with the team extended, and Rashford did too. The four players’ contracts were supposed to expire this year.

The 25-year-old striker came through United’s academy and was part of his country’s squad that reached this month’s World Cup quarter-finals which were held in Qatar.

The manager of Manchester United, Erik Ten Hag speaking on the development said, “We want to develop, we want to support those players and we want them to keep in our process.
“We want to construct a team for the future, so for long years, and those players have to be part of it.”
Portugal right-back Dalot, 25, joined the 20-time league champions in 2018, 27-year-old England left-back Shaw arrived four years earlier and Brazil midfielder Fred, who turns 30 in March, moved from Shakhtar Donetsk four seasons ago.
Manchester United is currently fifth in the table as the action returns to Premier League following the World Cup break. The Red Devils on Tuesday will host Nottingham Forest.
